Services Administration is requesting proposals for the Open Season for
the Multiple Award Schedule for Government-wide Relocation Services.
This Multiple Award Schedule is used by all Federal Government agencies
and activities in the executive, legislative and judicial branches, the
Government of the District of Columbia and other activities and
organizations authorized by statute or regulation. The services
provided are used by employees of these agencies and activities when
transferring to domestic and international duty stations authorized by
their agencies. The objective of this Request for Proposals is to
obtain further qualified private sector firms to provide relocation and
move management services for employees being transferred in the
interest of the above named agencies. The following services will be
required: SIN 653-1, Relocation Service Package that consists of Home
Sale Services, Home Marketing Assistance, Destination Area Services,
and Reports; SIN 653-2, Property Management; SIN 653-4, Additional
Services which may be customized Management Reports, Data Communication
Capabilities, and/or preparation and distribution of Program Materials
and related correspondence; SIN 653-5 Agency Customization Services;
and SIN 653-6, Training and Travel. In addition, a new SIN, 653-7, Move
Management Services, is being included. The solicitation now includes
the new standing solicitation provisions and no longer has a closing
date. Contracts awarded will have variable contract periods and there
will no longer be a prescribed beginning and ending date. The contract
periods will, however, commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire
in five years from the DOA (unless extended based on the 1-year option
to extend the term of the contract included in the solicitation). The
schedule period will be continuous and will be for Indefinite
Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts, allowing for Firm-fixed price
Task Orders. GSA is only issuing this solicitation/request for
proposals through the Electronic Posting System (EPS). Parties may
assess the solicitation at Internet address http://eps.arnet.gov. This
site contains information describing the EPS and how to register to
