Z -- ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES SOL DAAD16-99-T-0006 DUE 022599 POC Contract Specialist ROBERTA BOSWELL (508) 233-4946 (Site Code DAAD16) Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform a variety of asbestos abatement related tasks including removal and disposal of asbestos containing and non-asbestos containing materials from various buildings at this Command. Work will include working in areas under and over 10 feet in height. Scaffolding in areas over 10 feet is required. Contractor must be licenced in the State of Massachusetts for such work and will be required to meet all licensing and other requirements set forth in the statement of work. The esimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000.000.00. The Standard Industrial Code for this procurement is 1799. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 Mil. Offerors submitting proposals should be located within a 100 mile radius of Natick, MA in order to meet required response times. This procurement is a 100 percent set aside for Small Business Concerns. The Government envisions the use of one fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinate quantity contract consisting of a base year and 4 option years.
