The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a Purchase Order to the Florida Transportation Technology Transfer Center for continued operation of their Van Program. This program provides technology transfer materials and training to local agencies in Florida. Because the Van Program is apart of the Florida Transportation Technology Transfer Center, they are the only known source available to provide resources for continued operation of the Van Program.
