This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and no written solicitation will be issued. This is 100 percent set aside for Small Business. See Numbered Note 1. SIC Code is 2819. Size standard is 500. This solicitation identified as SOL NO. R99-2 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-06. Quotes shall be in accordance with all requirements of this notice including those which are included by reference. This requirement consists of the 765 Tons Magnesium Chloride Solution (for Dust Abutement) shall be vertified via an MSDS statement. Deliveries will be on request. The Agency will contact contractor for deliveries. Deliveries will be made in increments Not to Exceed 6,000 Gallons. Deliveries shall be the shortest haul possible to eliminate delays and possible demurrage costs. Any damages done to the holding tank at the BIA, Roads Department shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor. Contractor delivery hoses shall be long enough to allow roads tanker to fill during product delivery. Warm Springs Road Department has a 7,000 Gallon holding tank and Warm Springs Roads Department does not have a certified scale, First Delivery -- No later than April 12, 1999 and Last Delivery -- No later than June 30, 1999. Deliveries can only be made Monday through Friday; 6:00am -- 4:00pm. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination. The site is located at the Warm Springs Agency Roads Department, 4231 Holiday Lane, Warm Springs, Oregon.
