C -- ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS SERVICE SOL RFP-642-4-99 DUE 020199 POC Contracting Officer, Debra Fisher Architect-Engineer Services to provide complete construction documents for the upgrade and renovation of the Research Facility Building #21. This Facility is approximately 55,000 square feet, which contain wet-bench, research labs with fume hoods, lab support spaces, dark room, freezer/environmental chambers, research offices spaces, conference rooms, adminstrative areas and toilets facilities, etc. This project will include replacing the existing HVAC with new constant and variable volume systems. A complete renovation for the hot water heating system and HVAC infrastructure is needed. This will also include mechanical, electric and architectual services. The HVAC study and conceptual plans will be provided to the selected A/E. The estimated construction cost for this project is between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00 dollar.
