SCOPE: To provide all equipment, supplies, patient assessment & monitoring, reassessments, incidentals, preventive maintenance and training, where required, for the support of the Veterans on the Home Oxygen Program. All reports, invoices and contacts shall be sent to the VA Medical Centers (VA, VAM&ROC) / Prosthetics & Sensory Aid Service (PSAS). Authority for procurement of services are authorized by 38 USC 8153. Services shall be made available seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours per day. Contract period will be Base Period March 1, 1999, through September 30, 1999. Option Year #1 October 1, 1999, through September 30, 2000. Option Year #2 October 1, 2000, through September 30, 2001. Option Year #3 October 1, 2001, through September 30, 2002. Option Year #4 October 1, 2001, through September 30, 2003. Sic Code 8099 Contract award is subject to availability of funds.
