The major operational components include 1) Organization Development, 2) Services Delivery and 3) Policy Management. The goal of this of these activities is to increase competitiveness, sales and trade outreach for Palestinian firms and the purpose is t develop a network of private sector organizations in order to build alliances, develop consensus, deliver services and stimulate action to contribute to the creation of a competitive economy in the Palestinian Territories. Potential offerors are advised that this requirements is not yet funded, although funding approval is expected shortly.
