68 -- TRIMEDLURE,BASKETS, DISPENSERS AND PLUGS SOL 33-M-APHIS-99 DUE 022699 POC Kathryn Linde 612-370-2494 The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Edinburg, TX intends to acquire 13,100 trimedlure baskets, 22,450 trimedlure dispensers with basket, and 116,110 trimedlure plugs. A first article sample is required 10 days after contract award, with the first article sample produced at the same facility as the production quantity. This is a synopsis for request for proposal prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 15. This procurement will be awarded as a fixed price contract, FOB destination. It is anticipated that a single award will be made but multiple awards will be made if necessary to procure the total quantity. Delivery shall be made by March 22, 1999. The copy of the solicitation, 33-M-APHIS-99, is to be released on or about January 25, 1999.
