Offerors shall submit pricing for following ways of acquiring each copier/printer quoted on: Purchase price; lease price per month and length(s) of lease; lease to own price per month and length(s) of lease until copier is owned by Government. All terms and conditions should also be provided. After receipt of offers the Government will make the following decisions:1.Whether to acquire a color copier/printer that is network capable or is not capable of being networked. 2.Whether to purchase, lease, or lease to own. This will depend upon best value to the Government.
