The geographical areas covered by this solicitation are the entire states of Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. The projected performance period of the purchase order(s) will be February 15, 1999 through September 30, 1999. The total value of the purchase order(s) will not exceed $100,000.00. Selection of the contractor(s) receiving award under this procurement process will be based on capacity to do the required work in the time frame indicated, price, and technical factors that will be included in the Request for Quotations to be issued on or about January 26, 1999.
