Concessionaire is to provide beverages, food items, and novelties/souvenirs to authorized patrons at the Barksdale AFB Air Show on Sunday, 25 April 1999. Beginning at approximately 0900 hours and ending at approximately 1700 hours. Concessionaire will provide all supplies. Base volunteers under the guidance and supervision of the concessionaire will operate booths. Concessionaire will pay the NAFI a percentage of the gross profits on the following: food/soft drinks, beer, novelties, film/sunscreen, programs, and sub-contractors. Concessionaire shall also provide a minimum guarantee as long as the show is not cancelled and does proceed as scheduled. This award will be determined by the percentages of gross sales offered by concessionaire in each of the proceeding catagories. The concessionaire will incur all expenses to obtain all permits and pay all license fees. Concessionaire will also comply with all municipal, perfectural, and natural laws, rules, and ordinances. Concessionaire will also assume complete and sole liability for all national, state, and local taxes. Concessionaire shall provide a proposed food/drink product listing and novelty listing with pricing. All offers will be considered.
