Conley, Contracting Officer, (256) 313-4049 The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis operator training to government personnel in support of the Apache Longbow Program. Effort is to secure Advance training courses for the Longbow Fire Control Radar (FCR), Radio Frequency Interferometer (RFI) and Longbow Hellfire Modular Missile System (LBHMMS) as configured and maintained on the AH-64D Helicopter platform. The Government intends to utilize a Firm Fixed Price award of a delivery order to Contract DAAJ09-95-G-0013 to sole source contractor. This is a sole source requirement to Longbow Limited Liability Company, Commercial and Government Entity, 578 South Semoran Blvd., Orlando; FL. Only LBLLC possesses the technical expertise and experience necessay to execute this Advance FCR/RFI training. Under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer.
