Work consists of clear 10 +/- acres; construct 4,000 SF pre-engineer building to include HVAC, electrical power distribution, lighting, fire protection, structural upgrade, acoustical ceiling, 2 Clean Rooms, rest rooms; concrete pads, water and electric lines; 2000 +/- feet of chain link fence; paved parking area and road. This acquisition contains a specification for proprietary or brand name equipment to be compatible with existing radio fire alarm monitoring base station located at the fire station. The specified items are radio transmitters, model 8MTJ-A-16 and radio antenna, model TBM-1K-11 manufactured by Signal Communications Corporation.
