The major items of work include but are not limited to the following: 1) Manufacture doors, 2) Remove existing doors, 3) Repair frames to new configurations, 4) Install new doors, 5) Test for seal. The Plum Island Animal Disease Center is Federal Government property located approximately two (2) miles east of Orient Point, Long Island, New York, on the extreme northeastern end of Long Island, and can only be reached by Government or chartered ferry. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project must be completed within 120 after receipt of the notice to proceed.
