This requirement is sole source to Caribiner International, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Provide design, engineering and programming services to fully integrate centralized touch panel control of the VTC and existing room components according to the Integrated Control Standard (ICS). On-site, post-installation service to be included for a period of one year. Conform to the Acq. Transfer Mode (ATM) protocol per RCAS standards. Conform to established control interface standards. Provide unencumbered usage consistent with the existing system. Install the existing equipment infrastructure. The company must design, install, support, and provide maintenance for all equipment. The integration shall include all equipment all material, labor, operator training, documentation, maintenance support, and technical support for one full year from date of delivery of goods to the Georgia Army National Guard. On-site training will be provided for a minimum of five (5) personnel for operation of the VTC including the use of the control interface.
