personnel. Based on this program, sources are sought for Hanscom's Base
Supply Services for the Electronic Systems Center, 66th Air Base Wing,
tenant units assigned to Hanscom, and organizations being provided
regional support. Any resultant solicitation may include the following,
subject to change depending on varying mission requirements.

with all options, is anticipated to be five years. The government does
not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notification or
otherwise pay for any information or inquiry. This synopsis does not
constitute a request for proposal, and is not considered to be a
commitment by the government. Respondents capable of satisfying the
requirements stated herein should reply in writing within 30 days of
this publication to Marla Levenson, ESC/PKOB, 104 Barksdale St.,
Hanscom AFB, MA 01731-1806, with a narrative identifying the scope of
past and current services that they have contracted for within the past
three (3) years and describe their capability to perform the services
described in this synopsis. Firms should ensure their responses are
complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine
the firm's qualifications to perform the defined work and business size
eligibility. Respondents should address government and non-government
past performance. Contractors must identify their business type (i.e.
