R -- INCIDENT FINANCE OPERATIONS ASSISTANCE SOL R6-99-108 DUE 030899 POC Procurement and Property Management; (503) 808-2581, FAX (503) 808-2365 Multiple-award, multi-year task order contracts for services, as needed, to assist in finance operations on interagency incidents (fire, flood, etc.) on lands within the boundaries of Forest Service Regions 1, 5 and 6. (Region 1: Montana, Northern Idaho, North Dakota, and Northwestern South Dakota; Region 5: California; Region 6: Oregon and Washington). Services include, but are not limited to: (1) Equipment time recording. Gather contract equipment and contract personnel work-time, and related payment information, from incident timekeepers/managers, enter this information onto agency payment forms and prepare invoices for payment; (2) Personnel time recording. Gather agency personnel work-time and related payment information from incident supervisors/managers, enter this information onto agency incident time reports; (3) Commissary. Assist in receipting for inventory received and completing issue records for commissary items sold; (4) Claim reports. As directed by the Comps/claims Unit Leader, prepareproperty and medical compensation claim reports in accordance with agency requirements.
