Requirements contract is anticipated to have one basic year and two
one-year option periods. Delivery: Quantity of 1900 per month with 30
Day turn around after receipt of reparables. There are various NSN"s,
PN's, and BEQ's. Government furnished drawings and specification are
NOT available. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests
received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All qualified
responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation,
which shall be considered. Authority: 10 USC 2304-(c)(1),
Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only
one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of
supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. I-70 Clause: To
be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources IAW
clause I-70. The Government is not required to delay contract award to
review pending SAR's ASAP. If the Governemnt has not completed review
of SAR when thecontract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the
source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards.
All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this
notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if
any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by
the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear
concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal
development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish
the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but
communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and
recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When
requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the
source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the
evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested
