This announcement con- stitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for a fixed priced contract for three line items as follows: Line Item 0001: Quantity (1) each; Item Description: Air Cooled Chiller 40 ton capacity; min 9.5 EER, Carrier or equal, Model 30GT050-5KA, Volts 208 3 phase; Line Item 0002; Quantity (1) each; Item Description: Air Cooled Chiller 60 ton capacity, Min 9.7 EER, Carrier or equal, Model 30GT060-5KA, Volts 208 3 phase, Line Item 0003; Quantity (2) ea, Item Description: Air Cooled Chiller 40 ton capacity, Min 9.6 EER, Carrier or equal, Volts 30GT040-5KA, volts 208 3 phase. Note: Each unit must have a protective coating applied with a five (5) year replacement warranty in writing. Delivery of all items is required 30 days after award of the contract. Items to be delivered FOB destination to: Navsta Pascagoula, FISC DET JAX Pascagoula, Receiving bldg 50, Pascagoula MS 39595-3500. Acceptance shall be made at destination.
