The SECM is a mobile shop set on a HMMWV chassis. The acquisition will be a four year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum quantity of 23 each and a maximum quantity of 950 each. Estimated issue date is 19 Jan 99. The air compressor shall have the following features: Actual air output of at least 6.3 SCFM at 100 PSI, 2 HP electric motor included, noise level at 1 meter will not exceed 85 DBA, input voltage 230 volts single phase, rated for continuous operation, and weight not to exceed 80 pounds. Dimensions are approximately 29 inches long by 10 inches high.
