The contractor shall deliver the folowing gases to Building 4600 (Rodman Materials Research Facility) at Aberdeen Proving Ground within 4 working days or less from telephonic or facimile request from ARL's authorized representatives except for xenon and gas mixtures which shall be delivered within 10 working days or less. In addition, the following bulk materials will be supplied: Liquid Nitrogen -- 99.998% for both 1500 gallon tank and 6000 gallon tank /ccf Hydrogen Gas -- 99.997% for 16,000 scf hydrils /ccf Helium Gas -- 99.998% for 16,000 scf hydrils /ccf Liquid Argon -- 99.998% for 3000 gallon tank /ccf 2. The contractor will guarantee the purities by actual analysis and not typical analysis 3. The award will be made on an all or none basis 4. All cylinders will be charged a processing fee of $15.00 per cylinder at time of delivery, thereby eleiminating the need to invoice a separate rental fee to ARL. The fee cannot increase during the period of perfomance but may go down based on actual cylinder use. 5. The contractor will summarize monthly charges on 1 invoice for all services rendered, eliminating the need for separate invoices on each delivery. 6. Emergency deliveries or special items required will be quoted at time of the order. 7. Contractor must be ISO9002 certified 8. Safety training will be conducted at no charge to ARL to cover the unique gases supplied by contractor and the equipment used to dispense them. Courses can be modified for content to suit ARL's specific needs. 9. Annual preventive maintenance on bulk systems (hydrogen, helium, nitrogen and argon) will be supplied by contractor at no charge. Verification of the working condition of the system will be assessed and proper fixes for complying with all applicable regulations will be provided. If maintenance work above and beyond routine inspection is required, an estimate will be provided prior to any work being done. Recommendations will be made along the way to economize gas delivery services. 10. Option clauses: Funding and hence quantity of deliverables may be increased during contract. Only Don Crowell may change the authorized persons list for placing orders during the course of the contract.
