The acquisition of the required test kits will be used to determine the HIV Viral Load in specimens submitted to the CDC. These kits are believed to be available only from Chiron who is the sole manufacturer of these kits and has not licensed these kits to be sold from any other company or source. Kits are needed as soon as possible for the continued of study samples. No solicitation exists; therefore; do not request a copy of the solicitation.
