STATMENT OF WORK: PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEMS STATEMENT OF WORK CHAPEL ONE, BLDG 1345 AND CHAPEL THREE, BLDG 1679 1. REQUIREMENTS: Provide and install the following equipment for each chapel: -- System should accommodate at least 15 separate microphone inputs -- Dual Cassette Deck (1 per facility) (2 total) -- Compact Disc Player (1 per facility) (2 total) -- Auto Mixer (16 Channels) (1 per facility) (2 total) -- Sound Board (24 Channels) (1 per facility) (2 total) -- Audio Equalizer (1 per facility) (2 total) -- Stereo Feedback Suppressor (1 per facility) (2 total) -- Audio Amplifier (2 channel minimum 200 watt) (1 per facility) (2 total) -- Audio Amplifier (2 channel minimum 150 watt) (1 per facility) (2 total) -- New Speakers (that will handle diverse musical requirements and are functional for the facility) (Minimum of 4 speakers per facility) (8 total) -- Equipment located in a locking cabinet to match existing furniture (One single volume control on the outside of the cabinet to provide ease of operation for unskilled customers) -- Meet American Disabilities Act requirements to accommodate hearing impaired individuals -- Accommodate Wireless (Shure) Lavalier Microphones (1 per facility) (2 total) (Customer provided) -- Microphones and cables for each Pulpit, Altar and Lector (3 per building) (6 total) -- Provide a one year warranty on all listed equipment under this contract -- Provide training to owner's representatives OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH FACILITY: Chapel One (Bldg 1345) Sanctuary Size: 95 feet by 45 feet -- Relocate PA system from current location to the rear of the Sanctuary in the balcony. (Conduit is already available in the wall, wiring is required) Chapel Three (Bldg 1679) Sanctuary Size: 107 feet by 60 feet Annex Size: 56 feet by 35 feet -- Relocate PA system from current location to the front of the Sanctuary behind the pulpit adjacent to the wall -- Wire the new system to ensure the existing speakers and volume control in the annex are functional.
