A Site Visit of the Land Range is scheduled at China Lake, CA on 17 February 1999, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and at the Sea Range at Point Mugu, CA on 18 February 1999, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Additional Site Visit information will be provided at the Pre-Proposal Conference.
