The contractor shall provide the upgrade and maintenance of the disc jukebox which contains the CD-ROM media. In addition, the contractor shall provide updates to the subscription service monthly, update the subscription software manuals for the users, and provide occassional troubleshooting for maintenance of the system. The Government intends to solicit Information Handling Services, 15 Inverness Way East, Englewood, CO 80112 on a sole source basis; however, all responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The period of performance is for the base period of February 24, 1999 thru February 23, 2000 with provision for two (2) option years. Provide Cage Code and Dun Bradstreet Number with the request.
