Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to upgrade the training ship Golden Bear. Work includes (1)Procurement and installation of steel lockers for cadet berthing; (2)Replace vessel's existing air dryer; (3) Structual fire protection upgrade; (4)Repair broken linoleum deck tile; (5) Reseal approximately 1510 sq ft of terrazzo decking; (6) Perform "open and inspect" for ABS continuous machinery survey of thrust bearing; (7) Repair two ballast tanks. Work location will be aboard the vessel located at its mooring at the California Maritime Academy, Vallejo, CA.
