COMPUTER (MMC), COLOR MULTI-FUNCTIONAL DISPLAY (CMFD), AND RELATED
COMPONENTS FOR THE F-16 C/D, BLOCK 40/42 AND 50/52 AIRCRAFT SOL n/a POC

Contracting Officer, (937) 656-6036 The F-16 System Program Office
(SPO), ASC/YPKKB, intends to issue an RFP to provide Combined Life-Time
Support (CLTS) for select avionics systems on the F-16, including the
Modular Mission Computer (MMC) and Color Multifunctional Display
(CMFD), for a basic period of one year with four one-year options. The
support has applicability to Block 40/42 and Block 50/52 F-16
aircraft. The contractor will be responsible for providing total
logistics support and will ultimately have total system performance
responsibility for these systems. This CLTS effort will be transparent
to the end users and include: integrated, shared materiel management;
contractor depot level repair and returns; contractor diminishing
manufacturing sources (DMS) management; and contractor configuration
management. The contractor will be responsible for accomplishing
fleet-wide reliability measurements to ensure repairs and configuration
changes continually meet performance requirements. Lockheed Martin
Tactical Aircraft Systems is the intended source pursuant to the
authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Direct all requests concerning

has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the
Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential
offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to
communicate his/her concerns during the proposal development phase of
this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to
request information, pose questions, and voice concerns before
resorting to use of the Ombudsman. Potential offerors are invited to
