The contractor shall provide professional radiologist services for the PHS Indian Hospital, Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency/Lodge Grass, Montana, following IHS, HCFA, and JCAHO regulations. The radiologist is required to be board certified. This contract calls for Medicare rates for the State of Montana. This is intended to maintain cost-effective diagnostic imaging services for interpretations of diagnostic imaging services at the Crow Service Unit. The Crow Service Unit will provide appropriate radiographic equipment, contrast media, history and information needed by contractor to perform services at the facility.
