Furnish and install a new 20'-0" motor operated cantilever gate, motor operator, induction control loops, visual/audio key card controls, associated concrete foundation pads, precast concrete barriers, associated electrical materials, including conduit, trenching, backfilling, and associated hardware. Industrial Area: Furnish and install two 13'-6" motor operated traffic barrier arm gates, motor operators, induction control loops, visual/audio key card controls, associated concrete foundation pads, precast concrete barriers, associated electrical materials, including conduit, trenching, backfilling, and associated hardware. Left Power Plant Area: Furnish and install two 14'-0" by 8'-0" motor operated cantilever gates (entrance and exit), motor operators, induction control loops, visual/audio key card controls, associated concrete foundation pads, precast concrete barriers, associated electrical materials, including conduit, trenching, backfilling, and associated hardware. Furnish and install one 4'-0" by 8'-0" manual operated hinged man gate with electric lock and visual/audio key card controls, associated electrical materials, including conduit, trenching, backfilling, and associated hardware.
