Contractor shall be responsible for design and construction of a complete Commissary/Excahnge Shopping Center Facility, whidh includes a Military Commissary, Exchange Retail Store, Food Court, and Shopping Mall, all under one roof. This project includes all structures, utilities, roads, walks, parking lots, and associated on-site improvements including landscaping and traffic control devices. Total square footage of the facility is approximately 140,000 square feet, including approximately 70,000 square feet for the Commissary, and 70,000 square feet for the Exchange, Mall and Food Court. The magnitude of construction is more than $10,000,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal(RFP) for this project will be issued on or about 10 February 1999. Closing date for receipt of offers is approximately 30 days after issuance of the RFP. All responsible sources will be considered by the Government.
