The Lassen National Forest intends to acquire a modular office building for the Chester Air Base, located in Chester, California. The building shall be approximately 450 square feet. Contractor shall design, construct, transport, and install the modular building and foundation. Floor plan provided by the Forest Service. Plans, specifications, and structural calculations shall be stamped by an engineer licensed by the State of California. Desired date of occupancy is June 01, 1999. Contract price will be structured as monthly payments for five (5) years. Contractor shall provide an option to purchase price at the end of each 12 period. Either the Forest Service will exercise the purchase option, or the Contractor will be required to remove the building at the end of the five year contract period.
