The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a Sole Source basis to dSPACE, Incorporated, 22260 Haggerty Road, Suite 120, Northville, MI for the following items: 1 each DEC Alpha AXP21164/500 MHz board with 8MB SRAM; 1 each dSPACE Math Library for DEC Alpha; 1 each GNU C Compiler for DEC Alpha; 1 each TDE Upgrade; 1 each PPC Controller board; 1 each Total Development Package containing Real-Time interface, COCKPIT, TRACE, MLIB and MTRACE; 1 each Microtec PowerPC Cross compiler. These items are the only components compatible with NUWC's existing system hardware in the Advanced Control Laboratory. Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13 and Commercial Procedures per FAR Part 12 will be used for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued 10 days after publication in the CBD and the response time will be seven days after the solicitation is issued. Delivery is required 10 weeks after award of contract.
