DESC: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F64605-98-R0024. This solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. (iv) This solicitation is reserved for small business concerns under Standard Industrial Classification code 5713. The maximum annual receipts allowed for a concern, including its affiliates, to be considered small is $5 million. (v) Offerors shall provide prices on the schedule provided.
