The Department of State (DTS-PO), Fairfax, Va, intends to procure through competitive bids, a full duplex, digital circuit capable of supporting 64 kbps through E-1 (2.048 mbps) between the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) American Embassy Kolonia, Micronesia and the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) American Embassy Guam, Guam in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The services shall include a base quantity of one year with four one year options. Performance period under the subject contract is to be 60 months. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies required to provide the service, including Data Service Units (DSU's) at both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
