The new heat exchangers shall be of tube and shell type with the tube bundle constructed of 90/10 copper nickel tubes for domestic water usage. Performance period is to be 10 days with hours of operation being Monday through Friday from 7:15a.m. through 3:00p.m. All work is to be performed at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, San Diego, California, 92101. All contractors working inside the prison must meet the personnel security requirements as set forth by the Federal Prison. Award will be based on a firm-fixed price.
