For on-site depot level diagnostic, fault isolation, clean up and repair capability for PATRIOT Weapon System major items. This service is beyond the capabilities of the battery, battalion, and intermediate support units. This acquisition includes depot level clean-up, repair and maintenance on all PATRIOT major items; including services required to return, and maintain, PATRIOT major items deployed with the New Mexico Army National Guard to maximum operational readiness. This requirement will incorporate options covering FY99 through FY 2002 into contract DAAH0199C0001. This requirement is sole source to Raytheon Company, Missile Systems Division, Andover Plant, 350 Lowell Street, West Andover, MA 01810, the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will supply agency requirements. The Government does not have in its possession the technical data package suitable and/or cannot provide Special Test Equipment to support competition.
