all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and
management necessary to handle, package, manifest, remove, transport,
dispose and document the disposal of non-hazardous wastes. This
includes all services to provide empty containers, cleaning various
sized containers and disposal of cleaning by-products located at the
Norfolk Naval Shipyard and its annexes. The work identified shall be
accomplished by means of a Requirements type contract. The term shall
be for a period of one year. The Government shall have the option to
extend the term of the contract services for an additional period of
one to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of
any options shall not exceed 60 months. The proposed procurement listed
herein is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC)
Code is 4953. Plans and specifications will be made available on or
about 01 June 1999. Estimated Bid Opening Date is 01 July 1999. Submit
