Construction of three General Officer Quarters at Lackland AFB, TX. The project will include the construction of three two-story wood framed, stucco finished, single family housing units with attached garages. The scope of work includes construction of a complete and usable project consisting of all labor, materials, equipment, and all necessary site improvements, structures on and off site work (utilities, road, etc.) as may be required for the construction of all three housing units. Project performance period is expected to be 9 months. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available for downloading and viewing at our Internet homepage: http://www.brooks.af.mil/HSC/PKA/sarah.htm on or about 05 February 1999. A pre-proposal conference/site-visit will be held approximately 20 days after release of the RFP. The RFP package will be available on the Internet only. There will be no hard copies of this solicitation issued. The solicitation, plans, specifications, or drawings will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All proposals and other normal documents required for the proposal submittal, including amendments to the proposal submittal, shall be in paper medium.
