General Scope of Work: Demolition of three existing Scotch Marine dual fired (gas and #2 diesel) hot water boilers and three existing low pressure steam boilers, including associated piping, supports, insulation, electrical connections, automatic control and its components. Installation of two new hot water boilers (125 hp each), new hot water pumps, two new steam boilers (30 hp each), packaged duplex feed water system and packaged water softner for make up water and all associated piping, supports, flues, insulation, electrical connections, automatic controls and their components is also included.
