Y -- CONSTRUCT MANDREL PREP BUILDING SOL PHC-266 POC Patrick Cunningham, 304-726-5047 The primary effort is to provide all the necessary labor, equipment, materials and supervision to construct a new building for the preparation of composite mandrels. The new building will be built as an annex to existing Building 256. This effort will include the demolition of an existing utility building (no asbestos), removal of existing concrete pads, steam lines, electricals, and misc. items. Work will also include the relocation of an existing walk-in freezer and condenser units. New construction will include a 50' by 75' structural steel framed building complete with foundations, floor slab, mezzanine, roll-up and personnel doors, bridge cranes, and misc. equipment. Also included is installation of new HVAC systems, electriclas, steam lines, air and vacuum lines, and sewer lines. Estimate range is between $500,000 & $1,000,000. Bid date is not firm, but will be approximately March 5, 1999. Bonds will be required. Term of the effort will be approximately 120 calendar days. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors.
