The work includes the provision of all labor, materials, equipement, tools, and supervision necessary to accomplish asbestos abatement, and mechanical insulation within building 1CC and Bldg 197CP. In addition life safety improvements will be made within Bldg 197CP to include replacing asbestos fire core doors and stair treads within stairwells. The estimated cost range is between $250,000,00 and $500,000.00. The SIC Code is 1542 and the buisness ssize strandard is 17.0 million. The proposed contract (solicitation) is being set-aside for Small Business. There will be a charge for plans and specifications but at this time the dollar amount has yet to be established.
