The work includes the provision of all labor, materials, equipement, tools, and supervision necessary to accomplish miscellaneous road repairs, pavement markings, concrete work by means of an Indefinate Quantity Tye Contract at various Naval Facilities located in Rhode Island. The Contract includes both a base year and two (12 month) option years with a Guaranteed Minimum of $30,000 each year. The SIC Code is 1611 and the businesss size standard is 17.0 million. The proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued as Unrestricted and is subject to FAR 52.219-23-Notice of Price Evalauation Adjustment for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns (OCT 1998). There will be a charge for plans and specifications but at this time the dollar amount has yet to be established.
