Z -- DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES AT NAVAL AIR STATION, JOINT RESERVE BASE, WILLOW GROVE, PA SOL N62472-98-M-4313 DUE 030299 POC Maria Corona, Procurement Tech, (215)443-6253, FAX (215)773-2150 The contractor shall provide the necessary labor, equipment and material, disposal and transportation of (2) structures at NAS, JRB, Willow Grove, PA. This contract will contain one option which may be exercised by the Government. The option shall be for one additional structure. The option may be exercised at time of award of within 24 months of base period award. No provision will be made for economic price adjustment. The work shall include finish grading to match surrounding grades, and seeding all distrubed turf areas. Structures contain lead paint and must be disposed on in accordance with all Federal, State and local regulations. The performance period for the base period is 90 calendar days. The performance period for the option period is also 90 calendar days. This will be a firm fixed price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1795. The solicitation is unrestricted -- open to large and small business concerns. The estimated cost range for this procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Prospective contractors must register in the central contractor registration database prior to award of a contract.
