The requirements to be purchased under the modification include design, fabrication, test, qualification, integration/verification, acceptance, and delivery of 5 ATTS. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, and supplier of the AQM-37 Aerial Target Test Set, and as such, is the only source with the technical expertise and required data to meet the government needs.
