This effort will require the contractor to be experienced in providing legislative liaison and responding to highly technical space and missile defense issues arising during congressional consideration of the budget. A Secret facility clearance will be required for this effort. The period of performance of this effort is twenty-four (24) months with an Option for an additional twelve (12) months.
