These services are considered contractual in nature and should not be considered a personal appointment to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The work to be performed under the resulting contract shall consist of three sessions per month. A session consist of 120 minutes. The contractor will be responsible for performing Jumu'ah Prayer and provide instruction to inmates of the Islamic faith. The contractor must be a validly ordained Islamic Imam. This procurement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. This procurement will be awarded for one year (12 months).
