A sole-source award to the original equipment manufacturer, Raytheon Aircraft Company, is anticipated based on FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. Navy T-34C, T-44A and C-12 series aircraft were procured commercial-off-the-shelf. Technical data, including specifications and drawings, were not procured by the Government and are proprietary to Raytheon Aircraft Company.
