The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to procure on a Sole Source basis Premier Microsoft software support. This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Microsoft Corporation, Charlotte, North Carolina under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement).
