The maintenance support function includes performing diagnostics, identifying replacement parts, one time repair of equipment and overhaul. Repairs also include cleaning, aligning and adjustment and determining repair part requirements. The Government will furnish the repair parts, as identified by the Contractor to return the equipment to a fully operational status. The various types and models of equipment will be listed as an attachment and consist of the following; but are not limited to: Radio Set Angry, Receiver ANGRR23, Antennas, Artillery Simulator, Facsimile, Matching Unit Antenna, Megaphone/Bullhorn, Monitor, Mount MT1029, Night Vision Goggles, Public Address System, Power Supply, Radio Amplifier(s) Receiver Transmitter RT505, Receiver Transmitter RT1446, Receiver Transmitter RT524, Receiver Transmitter RT841, Small Arms Simulator, Switchboard, TA312 (Telephone) and Teletype, Etc. The solicitation will be issued or about 02/05/99 and the time and date for receipt of quotes is 4:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on or about 02/18/99 at MEDCOM Contracting Center, building 4197, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5015. The period of performance is 01 March 1999 through 30 September 1999, with three (3) option periods.
