The contractor shall provide professional radiologist services for the PHS Indian Hospital, Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana, following IHS, HCFA, and JCAHO regulations. The radiologist is required to be board certified. This contract calls for Medicare rates for the State of Montana. This is intended to maintain cost-effective diagnostic imaging services for interpretations of diagnostic imaging services at the Blackfeet Service Unit. The Blackfeet Service Unit will provide appropriate radiographic equipment, contrast media, history and information needed by contractor to perform services at the facility.
